PDF, PowerPoint (.pptx), Word (.docx) or text, up to 3 files per block. Lecture slides and text PDFs work best. Scanned pages that are only images can't be read yet.
No. Your files are read once to write your questions and never stored. Your questions and results are saved so you can review them. Every file is checked on your own device for patient information before anything is sent, and our AI service provider can't use your material to train AI models.
Each block mixes the three kinds of questions you'll see on boards. 1st order questions test recall in a short stem, like a drug's mechanism or what a finding is called. 2nd order questions make you work out a hidden step first, like reading the findings to reach a diagnosis and then picking its treatment. 3rd order questions chain two steps together, the way the hardest board questions do.
Each answer key is checked against your lecture, and questions with giveaways or weak answer choices are rewritten before you see them. They're still AI-written, so every question shows the page it came from, and you can report any question that looks off.
Yes. Vignette works from whatever you upload, so it fits any DO or MD curriculum. Questions are written in the style of COMLEX and USMLE.
Only new questions. Retakes, custom tests and study guides reuse questions you already have and don't count. If a block comes back with fewer questions than you asked for, you're only charged for the ones you get.
Anytime. You keep access until the end of the month you've paid for.
